Well done Buttons02 - 4lbs already - that's a good motivator.

What Mulberry bag are you hoping to buy??? I'd love to buy a pair of super expensive jeans if I lost the weight I think - not even sure which ones as different ones suit different shapes but ones from BTs!! I probably won't spend the money when it gets down to it but thinking about it anyway :-)

And I'm delighted to say I'm joining you with a 4lb weight loss this week :o)ll

I had stayed the same on my parents scale weds night and was dreading it thinking I can't go through all that effort with no results do was delighted at ww. Gotta keep it up this week. Still have an awful cough so exercise is a struggle but I'll push through.

I was doing fantastic all week and was heading towards a 4lbs loss too (weigh-in on Sunday night), but in typical fashion I skipped out of the gym early last night and then went home to pig out on Doritos and wine!!! O:|

Here's hoping that I can pull it back slightly with a good session in the gym tomorrow!!

It can be done beaches that 4lbs was after a supermacs on weds and 2sml slices of pizza and some Doritos on Tues.

Great stuff out of u's ladies!!! I feel like an utter disgrace after reading ur great results!!! :-8

Was great yesterday stayed within my points and headed off for a 8km walk and a 4 1/2km walk 2day - havin a Chinese this evening for my birthday! I think that's allowed - but thankfully i can't drink as I'm on strong antibiotics for a sinus infection - Its a sad state of affairs when I'm relived I can't drink!!!! :-8

Lovin the Motivation Buttons02 - I occassionally go in and visit the mulberry handbags along with the nice chanel ones in Brown Thomas :o0

Hi girls, lost 2.5 pounds this week, good start.. Running a little and trying to build it up each time, also really being careful about food, am really determined. Want to lose another 21 pounds.

Hey girls...
So I went to Zumba yesterday for the first time and it was really good fun. Will definitely be going back again! Granted my two left feet were still there but I still had fun. I had my weigh in this morning and only lost 1 pound! O:|

I thought that I had done so well this week but at least I lost something and its better than putting a pound on isn't it!

Well done happieout Great result. Well done also coli a pound is a pound its a great weight loss. You will hopefully see the results next week. I'd love to try Zumba sounds so good. Must follow up on it.

I've done ok. Been eating very little not on purpose as I know that's not good but it's just the way time has gone for me. Drank my weight last night so that won't help either. Did 12 mins on trampoline yesterday and my god my legs were like jelly thank god the bed was beside me when i went to get off cos I couldn't stand :o0

going work on improving that as well as my running and gonna do Davinia's upper body workout also in my rest days from c25k.

Well done girls, we're all doing really well. Here's hoping we can keep it up.

I had my weigh-in last night and I hit my target of 4lbs down :o)ll

It's all water weight of course, but I'm delighted to have managed it after the disasterous week I had foodwise. I'm hoping for 2lbs this week so we'll see how I get on.

Drummerswife2b - ur dead right about the sinus infections - total pain in the ass!!! I don't even think the antobiotic has cleared it >:o(

Just means I can't run at the mo cos my ears feel really funny when I do????? explain that one!!!!!!!! :o0

Well ladies was utterly relieved at weigh in last night - was down -3.5lbs which I was delighted with. :o)ll

That's the 2lbs I put on last week accounted for!!! :-8

Thanks for the encouragement Beaches and Belcra I really needed it this week to get my ass back in gear!!!!Will be pushing hard this week to get that 3rd little stone!!!

How is everyone else getting on????

I lost 2lbs this week :o)ll

was delighted. Didn't do as much exercise as I liked to. I was very tired. Tried to eat well (which I obv managed) but had a major blow out yesterday. I let myself have it as I knew WI was that night. So I hope to have got it out of my system and back to normal today. Babysitting tomorrow and going for dinner tomorrow night do I hope I can stay motivated.
