Hey girls!

Everyone seems to be doing so well! I've finally seen results this morning! I've got three pounds off this week! I'm actually starting to see the results on me which is pushing me more to keep going. :compress I went to another Zumba class yesterday and I'm really enjoying it! It is the only exercise that I get in in the week but I figure its better than nothing!

Keep up the good work girls! :wv

Well I wasn't down anything, but I was an absolute disaster all week so it's my own fault O:| O:| Made a complete pig of myself Mon-Thurs and then tried half-heartdly to make up for it in the gym on Fri & Sat. Still, at least I'm not up anything so maybe it's the slap on the ass that I need to make me do better this week.

Hi all,

How are you all doing? I'd a bad week last week but got back into it this week and was down 2lbs tonight. Just have to keep it up now.

Hope you are all staying motivated.

Well done Belcra, belcra and coli. Keep up the good work. Belcra staying the same after a bad week is good because at least you didn't put it on.

Any word from Gaff and Chick2012. Hope your both doing well.

I lost a pound last night. Happy enough as I only ran once (& a1/2 times - a half arsed attempt once when dinner was cooking, better then nothing). And I wasn't great food wise. But last nights class was about the importance of tracking so determined to track this week and go back to my first weeks food plan of filling foods and I bought some new trackies in M&S and now feel really sporty so hope that can motivate me to go for my runs.

Hi Ladies,

U sound like you're all doing really well. Well done one your 2lbs Belcra!
stayed the same this week which was a bit of a bummer but as i lost 3 1/2lbs last week I wasn't expecting much, I'm 6lbs away from my goal and I Feel like i'm up and down like a fiddlers elbow!! :-8

I suppose I never really thought I'd get down this far and its just getting harder - I'm signed up for 5km and 10km runs to try and do something different to try and shake things up a bit. Sure we'll see what happens this week

Hey chick sorry to hear your not feeling well. I hope for a speedy recovery for you. Take care of yourself :action32. And thanks I'm thrilled having another good week so that will (hopefully) be 4 weeks of weight loss :o)ll it helps that h2b is working out too. I just wanna keep going.

Hey gaff. I know it's no consolation but Staying the same is better then going up. well done on the running but maybe your so use to it that it's having no effect on you. Maybe every 2nd or 3rd day try a different form of exercise Swimming, cycling, an exercise DVD or a dance class, just to push yourself differently. Your so close to goal keep at it.

Well done coli. That's great going. Nice and consistent is the best way.

My dad has just set me a great motivation. For every pound over a pound I lose each week I get a tenner (so if I lose 2lb I get a tenner, 3lb twenty so on) but for every pound I gain I have to give him twenty. It's gonna be a fun few weeks. At least it will keep me motivated.

Aw come on Gaff. You have faffed about long enough now and I'm sure you enjoyed yourself. But from tomorrow get back to business before you undo a lot of your hard work.
