As girls I'm devastated. Was up 1lb. I know it's only a pound but I worked so hard and convinced myself that it would be four weeks of weight losses. Plus first week of the challenge and I owe my dad €20.

Just gonna have to really track and work extra hard this week unfortunately I have 2 meals out and my birthday :o( was gonna treat myself a little. Not going to do that now.

Hey Drummerswife... Don't let it get to you.. You've always been so good with the positive comments and pushing other people not to give up, you just have to listen to your own advice! :) Everyone hits a wall at some stage and you just have to have the will to hold out and see that you are playing the long game!

Good luck for the week ahead,

Welcome licious! Well done on losing that 19 pounds. More than halfway is fantastic! By my calculations Easter is about 9 weeks ago so you should be ok losing 12.5 pounds by then. I've 18 to lose and hoping to be down by mid April - becoming too much of a challenge now. Last week wasn't good food wise though I stayed where I was and at least didn't go up. Going to be good this week and try to get down 2.

Drummerswife - how are you doing? You could be up 1 for any old reason - time of the month etc. get back on track and you'll be fine.

Welcome back chick :wv glad your feeling better. I did my run Satirday morning and last night. It's my bday today so I knew if I didn't go running yesterday I wouldn't be able to splurge a little today. So for Brekkie I just had a banana and an apple the treated myself to a mocha. Had a low point salad and yoghurt for lunch and have just finished a lovely mammy dinner today with loads of stuffing. My fave. Going running tomorrow day 3 of week 5 on c25k -20 mins non stop running am dreading it. :eek

Lost 7lbs last week which was my first week (mostly bloat). Next weigh in is tomorrow and am hoping to be down 2lbs. Am aiming to have total loss of 2 stone by easter so 21lb to go.

Welcome lady Gaga. It is great to have the motivation on here.

I'm in a similar boat to you. Although my ticker says 3stons to lose its actually more along the 5 st but I'd be happy with 3 before the wedding. It seems like a long slogg but just break it down into small portions.

Good luck tomorrow and let us know how you get on. My WI is thurs and I haven't a clue how I'm going to do.

Well done lady gaga that's a great result. Keep it up this week.

I had a really down day. Majorly craving something nice. The girls in work bought me a bday cake and I had 2 small slices (I couldn't say no :o( ) also had a white kit Kat and a bun one of the kids made and chose me to give to. Was on the way home just feeling a bit crap (had 2 bits of bad news (not bad bad but just a bit pooey) and was not in the mood to do anything but h2b shouted at me (I was also crying about how fat I was) and made me motivated and guess what I ran a whole 20 mins non stop. So proud of myself. :o)ll I think the reason I didnt want to run was a feeling of failure (it's a c25k programme, so this day freaked me out). I also think I eat crap because I feel I can't lose weight so I might as well have that bar of choc etc.

Hope it's not too bad tomorrow (it will be a bit skewed as I have to weigh In the morning rather then evening so will be lighter (hopefully))

Sorry that was a bit of a rant/ramble.

Hope the rest of you are doing well.

Hey Drummerswife, well done on the 20 minute run. That is fantastic, esp when you were not in the mood to do it. Such an achievement that you got it done. You were entitled to a bit of bday cake when it was ur bday yday. I think the only way to remain sain is to break out every now and then.

I lost 2.5 stone for my wedding but of course put it all back on again so here we go again(!!!) but this time its for life.

I am strongly thinking of C25K too, can't imagine myself ever running for 20 mins straight!!! Do you run outside or on treadmill?

Thanks lady gaga. Still feeling proud. I run on a treadmill I honestly think it would be much harder on the ground. When I get fitter I'll try on the ground. It really is a great programme. I never ran before doing it.

I'm the same list almost 3st before and put it back on so I know I can do it. H2b is into now too and I have visions of us being a really fit family and that's going to keep me motivated.
