3 Stone...Motivation

Hi

I want to loose 3 stone..Where or How am I going to get the motivation? O:| I have an awful sweet tooth :-8 I'm worse than a child i swear..... :-8
Starting in the gym tonight so hopefully that will help....my OH is a total gym junkie he is mad into bodybuilding if i had an ounce of his dedication i would be happy. :)

I'm aiming for a 2-3 stone loss also. I've a wedding dress to fit into so that's my motivation! Do you have a date set?

Girls, how about joining a weight loss club like Slimming World or Weight Watchers?
Theres no better motivation that having to Weigh In every week! Also, at the groups you can get lots of support. I've lost 1.5 stone in 12 Weeks on Slimming World and I didn't feel like I was on a "Diet". I just changed the way I cooked and left out 2 or 3 things. I can still have my treats like a bag of crisps or a biscuit or even a chinese!

I want to loose it by the end of the year fingers crossed...Hoping to have our wedding booked by the end of the month for April 13. I have already tried on the style of dress I want and my hips and stomach are awful in it...

Hi last rolo - I actually looked into SW before but there aren't any meetings nearby. I also travel a lot with work so I wouldn't be around every week to get weighed. I'm doing a diet I've done before in the past and it worked - I 16 lbs in 6 weeks so I'm gonna stick to that one. I wish I could attend WW's or SW but it wouldn't suit me at the moment as away of often.

Jennie - I agree with Last Rolo - either SW or WW are both fantastic for motivation. Where are you based?
