Pilates/Yoga in K leisure, Naas

Hi ladies,

The classes are beginning next week on Tuesday and Wednesday. Has anyone attended either pilates or yoga here? I did a pilates class before Christmas elsewhere but found it very slow moving and not that beneficial. If anyone had a recommendation for K leisure, good or bad, I'd love to hear how you got on! I must ring soon to see are there spaces still left for these classes. Thanks!
