30 min nothing but tummy exercises class - d8.

Hi Ladies,

For the cost of less than a pint of beer, would anyone like to give this 30 min class a go with me? If interested, please email [email protected]. Its a class just focusing on the tummy with some exercises thrown in to work the hip area.

the venue is booked and the first class is next tues morning at 9.30am for one hour. I also have tues lunchtime and sat morning booked at christchurch should anyone be interested. All details on my website. Regards michael
