Is there a difference in the downloads for couch 2 5k?

Bought mp3 player and want to download it this evening and wondering where should i download it from? I really am going from a couch potato so need a fairly good one!

I use runningintoshape.com
its American but I really like the music on it and it gets me going. The differences between the different podcasts depends on the music you like I think.

Yip this would be fairly upbeat, think if you go onto the website it gives a list of songs that is on it. its very pop-py!! Like Britney, Rihanna that sort of stuff which I love for running. I really the way they do really upbeat songs near the end when you are getting tired they pick up the tempo and it really does help you keep going.
