Summer 2013 Brides - Weight loss

Hi All

I am just starting a post for June 2013 brides who are planning losing weight before the big day. i have maybe a stone to lose so lots of time but i yo yo all the time between 10 and 11 stone. i would love to get down to 9.5 for the big day. im 5'7 so i dont think anythign lower than that would look right on me.

just wondering if any of you 2013 brides are planning on losing weight and how you are doing it. im joining WW tonight (for about the 4th time!!) and im planning to keep with it this time!! (hopefully)

would love to hear from any of you summer 2013 brides with a few pounds to lose like myself!

It's a nice willingness to you dude!
Just remember something in mind that loosing weight does not mean to use a fad diet although sometimes it provides quick result. You will suffer from dehydration, illness, energy loss and lack of vitamin for this. So, I think you should think about it scientifically and technically.
You can take the Diet Solution Problem because it does not have any side effect.
Stay healthy and hydrated. There are three major things that will cause you to drop weight quickly:
1) Processed foods
2) Processed sugars
3) Greasy foods
And besides this do some physical exercise regularly.
