Who else doesn't want to get weighed??

It's that time of the week again...

This will be my third weigh-in at Slimming World. The first week I lost 0.5 of a pound. Last week I stayed the same. This week I'm scared to go.

Anyone else finding it hard to shift the weight? I've got a BMI of about 27.5 and would like to lose at least a stone.
I'd also like to fit into my dress when I try it on at Christmas :shock:

Hi Paddy Bride - you will be fine once you are determined to loose the weight you will do it - it might take a few weeks to have any effect but remember as the weeks go on you need to change your eating habits so your body doesn't stay used to what it is getting and stop you losing the weight.
Personally I cant got to any weigh in's as they make me want to eat more than I would normally - so really I end up worse.
I am just working on WW's myself and walking everynight - so hopefully that will work for me this time - want to loose at least a stone in 10 months..

I feel the very same am not going tonight as had a really bad week, dinner dance, brothers 21st etc etc :cry: but am doing very well so far yoday, long may it last! I have 17.5lbs down since middle of september and this is my first really bad week but don't be worrying girls you have to have a bad week every now and then so i keep telling myself anyways! :lol: i want to lose another 2 stone, a stone more than ye so don't be worrying!

I am in weigh watcher 1 yr now and ive lost 33lbs.Even the weeks i was scared to go i went.Honestly,if you miss the weeks still go back as if you leave it or think you can do it yourself you will be about 10lbs heavier when you return...I want my goal for my wedding day and the honeymoon,i want to feel comfortable in swinwear and buy nice clothes.When i return and its all over i will go back to ww as i never want to be as unhappy as i was...so chin up and face that nasty scales even if you were bold..

Well I went... and lost 0.5 of a lb!!! :roll: (should have nipped to the loo beforehand, might have made it a whole pound)

Anyway, I've got my 'pig thick and stubborn' head on :evil: and I'm determined to lose at least 2lbs this week, despite the fact we're going away for the weekend. I was so upset after it all last night that I was nearly in tears and H2B is starting to worry, bless him.

So it's another week, following the plan to the letter, and if there's no progress )of more than 1lb) after a month of healthy eating and exercise, I'm off to the doc to make sure there's no reason. I've lost a lot with WW in the past so I know I can do it.
