Hi Wollies

Has anyone every tried the Insanity program? I saw an infomercial for it when i am in New York so i deciced to give it a go but im just wondering if anyone else has tried it?

Hi MIni,

A mate of mine gave me an idea of this type of training. Not sure if I believe in it personally. If you do give it a go, make sure you let the instructor know if you have any niggling pains or sore joints etc. This is the type of training where your body must be pain free before starting. Love to hear how you get on.
