Hi guys, I'm bumping this up for some advice. I just can't seem to lose any weight at all. Since I started this thread I did couch to 5k, did a 5k run at the start of april and have been running twice a week since then, between 6 and 8km each time. I've also started a box fit class once a week (only started last week). I have been doing all this and eating really well and nothing is happening, I feel full nearly all the time even if I haven't eaten that much. The only thing that I was consistently eating was porridge in the mornings so I changed that this week to scrambled eggs (no toast) to see if maybe it was an in tolerance to porridge (weird I know).
SO everyday this week I have had two scrambled eggs for breakfast, a mandarin or nature valley bar at 11, then lunch has been home made salad (brocolli, mixed leaves, red pepper, cucumber, cherry tomatoes) witht tuna (no dressing) and another piece of fruit at about 3. Dinners have been baked hake and spinach, bolognaise with wholewheat organice spaghetti and chicken and bean stew.. every evening I've had two chocolate digestives with tea after dinner but that's it - no alchohol, lots of water and NOTHING is happening .. should I make an appointment with a trainer/nutritionist/doctor?? I'm 8stone 12 now and want to be about 8stone 4. All the weight is around my middle and the tops of my legs and I'm getting totally out of proportion..my top half is a 6 and my bottom is a 10. I know that's not fat at all but I just really want to lose this extra weight I have and I'm trying really hard with no results .. any advice would be appreciated..

Have you tried acai berry supplement ?It works like miracle in loosing weight.
