Back fat...exercises??

Can anyone tell me some exercises that concentrate on back fat?

I'm 5 foot 4 and 9.5 stone so its not really weight loss I need but more toning than anything?

Hope i can explain this in writing! A good exercise is to lie on your stomach
With your hands palm down under your chin and your arms out at right angles.
Lift up the top half of your body and pull your arms back at the same time. Breath out while doing this and hold for 5 seconds.

Are you a member of a gym? Google these.

Assisted pull ups, pulldowns, dumbell rows, dumbell pullovers.
