Cabbage Soup Diet

I know this is an old diet..has any wollies done it and lived to tell the tale?

How much should I lose in the 7 days? I was doing so so well with WW and just kind of fell off the wagon...am going to use the 7 days as a kick start to get back on track as they say.

I lost 10lb in one week but i was absolutely wrecked at the end of it, i had no energy to even go for a walk so I wouldnt recommend it.

I've started slimming world now and its much better, I'm eating far more and im losing weight. You wouldnt believe the amount of foods that are free and you can have as much as you like of them.

In your first week most people lose between 4 & 10 lbs at it

Thanks Mrs W...I am only using it as a kick start to getting back in to Weight watchers...I fell off track and just want to see a week of good results and all will be right in the world again.

I would love to have 10lbs weight loss in a week...

I did it except I used vegetable and mushroom soups instead of cabbage soup and I think I lost 7lbs in the week. At the time it wasn't "that" bad but despite all that I've never been able to bring myself to do it again. The worse day was the banana day!! I'm doing slimming world now too.
