Bikram Yoga....who's done it?

Just started doing Bikram Yoga this week.
I've done Yoga in the past and I'm a regular gym goer but I've just found myself on a plateau. I've heard bikram is great for keeping down the pounds and toning.
How have others found it?
Not doing it to loose weight as I don't need to just get a bit more toned as I got a bit lax with my weights in the past few months.
I found the first class great, thought it would be harder. Althougb ti was really tough going, it's really mind over matter to just keep at it until the end.
back tonight again and can't wait.
Any tips or advice from a pro and what benefits have you found?
Anything that makes you sweat like that has to be doing some good

Hiya I've been doing it last few months 3 times a week,some days are good and then other days I feel like I'm going to pass out! I haven't lost any weight but def am toning a bit, think the jelly belly starting to look better! Starting to get better at postures too, some im still useless at!I keep telling myself don't care bout the scales it's how I look is the important thing! Need to drink loads of water ( something I'm not v good at) before and after. Feel great after doing it,only thing is it takes up a lot of time. Gets little bit addictive! Hope u enjoy it!

Hey Guys,

Yoga is very effective for the health.
It play an important role in improving the fitness and stamina.
It prevents from a number of diseases especially heart problems and blood pressure.
It also very effective for removing the stress and depression.
