Hi Wollies

I have just come back froma weekend away with my H2B!! I have been on tablets since xmass havent been well and they have now taken their toll me on! Also coupled with all the eating that I did over the weekend and wine and cake (we were wedding cake tasting) I am not feeling great now. Bloated, upset stomach, heartburn! I know alot of these symptoms are from the tablets and also the weekend but just want to know if anyone has any good detox plans or ideas I can start tomorrow??
