He he! I've been doing TRX for the last 3 months and I still hurt after it. It's strangely addictive though!!! :)

Never even heard of it until last night! I think I'll stick with it for a few weeks at least- give it a chance! I'm in a heap today- couldnteven turn on the tap in the loo in work :o0
