Amount of pro points to eat???

Hi Wollies

I am a Weight watchers addict and I am back on track again the last week!!! I'm just wondering does anyone know how to work out how many pro points you need to eat without going to the class?? Is it true that the minimium is 29 points no matter what weight you are? The last time i went to class was before xmass and was told to eat 36 points a day and I am now the same weight maybe a few pounds lighter but as you loose weight how do you know the correct amount of points?? Anyone know how to work it out or know a website to work it out??? Thanks Snooki x

Hey I think the minimum is 29 points...so if you're already at 29, then you won't drop any lower. I think this works:

weight watchers have changed the minimum propoints allowance from 29 to 26 since January 2012. i was told this by the ww leader at my last meeting
