best pills for loosing weight?

Any tips on the best pills for loosing weight (if they exist). Ive about 7lbs to loose..... Or any good tips on loosing weight food wise. im injured with my back at the mo so cant even go for a walk.... O:| O:|

Oh bettycork, if only there was a pill to help lose weight! I've been there done that bought the tshirt with all those fads and gimics and let me tell you, unfortunately none of them work long term.

The only thing thats working for me is a serious dose of healthy eating and cutting out rubbish as i like to call it. I also go to a gym class twice a week, and to the gym myself twice a week. Now I know thats not an option with you having a back injury at the moment, but if i were you, i'd just let that heal first or you may do more damage if you try pushing yourself past a point your body will give out to you! This was the advice given to me by a personal trainer when i asked their opinion of a situation similar to yours.

The little things that help me food wise is that i set myself reminders to have little snacks of fruit and veg, that way i have something to look forward to as sad as it is looking forward to the sight of a "carrot break" at 3pm!!! I tend to drink a lot of water too, which keeps my mind off eating and fills me that bit more! Good luck with the weightloss and don't overdo it, let yourself get better first :wv
