my dress doesnt fit me anymore

Girls,
last year i lost about 1stone 12pounds doing weight watchers and taking up jogging. :o)ll i felt great and got my gold card in ww. so i went dress shopping and bought a fab dress off the rail. it was a prefect fit, just needed some alterations on the chect area .so fast forward 9 months of stuff my face and drink so much wine, i had a fitting last night to see about getting the chest fixed and the dress wont zip up O:| O:| O:| its actually bet onto me .the lady started to look at the seam to see about letting it out .
how could i of done this to myself. after all my hard work. ive gained about 10 pounds, and no way is my dress being let out... but i was so motivated for so long and now ive just lost it. wheres my self control gone??
so ive got 8 months so lose at least 10pounds, im hoping for 1 stone. someone please give me a kick up the ass and motived me.

If that isnt the kick in the arse u need girl i dunno what i can say that will be better. U just need to get your head in the right frame of mind, u have plenty of time hun good luck xx

You'll be fine, you have plenty of time to turn it around!!However you would be better off starting sooner rather than later. People like me are more motivated when there is someone teaching a class or showing me what to do *(or shpouting at me to work harder) so I go to classes 2 or 3 times a week depending on the time I have. I started a class called rebounding on a trampoline after christmas (got a deal on the net) and have lost a little weight but apart from the weight loss I can really notice a difference around my waist and bottom...get going and when the going gets tough think of your fab dress, it will be so worth while...good luck!

thanks girls. i just have to get back into a routine. i got my ww gold card and relaxed way too much. totally let myself go. but im gonna get back on track now . O-O

mrs woods, you have loads of time!! dont panic!!

i bought a sample dress on line. it said size 14.... i was a size 16 but intended to lose weight anyway. did this 8 months before the wedding. dress came and was amazing!!! but no way was it a size 14... more a 10/12. in 8 months i lost 3 stone and fit into the dress... the day that zipper went up fully i cried!!

you can do it! every time you think of eating something bad or think of sitting on your butt instead of getting out for a walk etc think of how you felt putting that dress on when it didn't fit and it will motivate you!!
