Can anyone pro point these foods for me?

Hi girls,

Trying to get back into ww but haven't really done it since the new pro point system came in so not very familiar with it. I will be going back to my meeting next week but wanna try to do it myself over the weekend so anyone who is doing it could you please tell me how many pro points are in the following:

slice of mccambridge's brown bread
low fat spread (teaspoon)
medium chicken fillet
wrap
20 g cheddar cheese
1 teaspoon sugar
boiled rice (say 30g)
1 fig roll biscuit

I have an app for pro point foods that have the nutritional info on the packet but just wondering do I use the normal fat content or the saturated fat content when I enter the fat?

Also how are the exercise point calculated? Like a cycled 14km yesterday (7km into work and 7km home) and I went for a 5km run so how many extra points do you reckon I would get for that?

slice of mccambridge's brown bread - 2 points each or 2 for 5 points
low fat spread (teaspoon) - 1 point
medium chicken fillet - 4 points
wrap - most average sized wraps are 4 points but depends on the brand
20 g cheddar cheese - 2 points
1 teaspoon sugar - 1 point
boiled rice (say 30g) - 3 points for 30g, Uncle Ben's boil in the bag 60g is 6 points
1 fig roll biscuit - 2 points each or 2 for 3 points

You use the full fat content when entering it on the calculator.
Sorry can't help with the excerise im just starting tonight but im not planning on using my activity points as i eat all my dailies and drink all my weeklies O-O so just going to leave those untouched

Thanks a million. I made it to my goal last week so on my maintenance at the minute, hopefully i can keep it off and i will get my gold card (only gold card i will ever get my hands on !!) in a couple of weeks time :o)ll :o)ll

You definitely will! Just saw your ticker... WOW! Well done... I got my gold card in March last year but unfortunately I've allowed about 10 lbs to creep back on to me so need to get my groove on again. Fingers crossed!
