My Fitness Pal - Looking for Friends

Hi all,

I know there have been a couple of these threads in the past but none in the last 6-8 months and I didn't want to drag up a new one.

I've just started with the My Fitness pal app and I'm looking for other brides or Irish ladies who are losing weight to be friends with so that I stay on track.

I have 4kg to go to get to my first goal weight, after that I don't know where to go. I'll see how I look.

I'm a November 2012 Bride, 5 ft 5' currently 64kg trying to get to 60kg. Let me know if you're interested in being MFP friends!

Hiya!

I just started this too! Getting married ealry March next year trying to lose it gradually in the hope it will stay off and not skyrocket over xmas like last year!!!

I am thinking similar figs to yourself am trying to eat more salads have bit of walking to/from train to work only prob is it's exam-time from now til Sept have 3 week no study gap in the middle, that's when lil pickings ome in diet/exercise goes out the window tried couch to 5k yesterday nearly passed out and I ache everywhere today!

I joined just over a week ago and after first week of tracking I'm down 2lb. Managed the gym 6 days. Real boost to get back to my routine. Need to update my ticker.
It helps that OH is doing it too and he loves it.
