Anyone fancy trying the Dukan Diet with me? I need a motivation buddy

My sister is on this for the past week. She lost 5lb the first few days but nothing since and she is really sticking to it! I'll keep you posted on her sucess.

Managed to do 1 and a half days! ;o(

my body couldnt handle any more meat or eggs!! :( i literally savaged a chicken fajita with all the trimmings!!!.. on the up side, i did loose 4lb! and havent put it back on yet!!

my sis lost 7lb in a week but that isn't too different to any other dite done well over a week. and now she has put back up 2lb not convinced about it....

how is the diet going, would you recommend it? Thinking of doing it. A good stone and half to lose and WW is just not working.

iv nothing but good things to say about the dukan,i started last may and had 2stone 8lbs off by oct,i could have had more off but i dident go off the wine :-8

it is a great diet with fantastic results,i fell of the wagon a bit after the wedding and iv put on 8lbs,got a bit down about but im back on track!
have any of you gone on to the dukan website to find out your true weight?
if not,do!
it is very good,it tells you how long to stay on each phase for and when you can expect to be at your true weight...good luck everyone!

Thanks for the tips errigal08, and thats fantastic weight loss well done. 8lbs is not much to have put on after your wedding and honeymoon so that was good going and your still at it so fair play O-O

I have been sick the last few weeks and havnt given it a go yet. I finish my antibiotics the week after next and im going for it, sure whats to lose..only the weight

Hey girls,
I managed to do Ducan 3 years ago - haven't put on any weight since then. It is really hard in the beginning, but after the first 10 days you get used to it, and already lost several pounds and things get easier, so don't discourage!
Wish you all luck with it! whenever I put half or a pound I get back to it just for some days, and the results are amazing ;)
