Hi Guys,

I just started TRX classes in Dublin 6.... just wondering of any wollies tried it and their experiences??

I did it on tuesday night and im still in pain today... every muscle is killing me :o0

Hiya Sarah,

I started 3 weeks ago, have done 5 classes so far and I'm HOOKED! The first time I was effectively paralysed with pain for 4 days, 2nd time I went the pain lasted 3 days, 3rd time pain lessened in intensity and by class 5 I'm just pleasently achy afteer it! I can see a difference in how toned I am after 5 classes and the instructor mentioned how I was looking more toned the other day. I :lvs it and cant wait for my bikini body in time for honeymoon!

Stick with it- the pain reduces and the benfits are quickly obvious.

Give it a month or two ghan- it's popping up all over the place. Last year's craze was bootcamp, this year it looks like it's TRX!

Ive just finished my first week...and yes i could barely get out of bed this morning... but sore muscles in a good way for a change :o0 i do feel betermentally i must say...

Im doing it 2 days per week... its a 6 week course... do you mind id i ask how many classes per week your doing? also im a 112 trying to get down to a decent 10... did you see any weight loss also? Thanks

Roll on the next 6 weeks.... hopefully i will see lots of changes... Ill keep it up i reckon , i have a fab holiday coming up in july (Hong Kong / Thailand)... so would love to be super toned by then!! :hic

I did two classes the 1st 2 weeks and 3 this week. I havent got on the scales yet (cos Im eating like a heifer lately and am afraid to!) but I am notiicably more toned. Class instructor pointed out again today that I was toning up :o)ll

I reckon it's definitely the way to a bikini body :)

Do you need to be super fit to start this or would a beginner be able for this? I do a bit of cycling and have recently started kettlebells but would really like to try this class.

Hi ClaireT - you can make each exercise as easy or hard as you want by either moving in towards the TRX so there's less support or moving out from the TRX so there's more resistance. Your instructor should go through what to do in each exercise.
