What to do in 4 months

Hey there, i recently recovered from a back injury. getting married in august. what can i do to loose 7-10lbs in 4 months? Im a pretty good eater, healthly mostly. Dont wana live on rabbit food for 4mths.
What do i need to do food wise and exercise wise. bear in mind i wont be able to do any running or gym work. hav started swimming and walking again.
Is 7-10lbs possible????

Hi,
I cut out wheat, dairy(odd lapse) and potatoes for roughly last 2 months and lost 7 lbs. I have been busy at work but have had no exercise (very naughty) in last few months. I'd like to get fit and lose another 7lb in the next 3 months and before wedding in June. It's very doable.

Drink lots and lots of water and watch your salt intake. Reducing fluid retention is usually a lot to g=do with why people lose a lot of weight on those week long diet thingies - so try this and it will surely help you with a couple of lbs towards your 7-10lbs.

With improved diet, reducing or cutting out refined sugars and refined carbs and drinking more water - i'd say you'll lose it no problem in 4 months.

100% Very possible from 8th of Feb to 16th March so about 5 weeks and 2 days I lost 11 lbs I walked approx 5 days a week and watched what I ate in between I had valentines break, family break and wedding week-end as a guest .. so totally do-able, think the walking has been great.. must put my mind down to walking more and being a bit better.. ops not long home from hotel for family lunch but did my walk this morning
