Right got the dvd's to do at home

Put on the basic one last night and some of those moves are so fast Holy moly

Anyone done it more than once and getting the hang of it?

Have to say scanning through the other dvd's - cardio party etc it looks enjoyable

I have it on the Wii and I love it! I thought "wtf" the first time but it definitely does get easier. keep it up!! Just pause it until you get the move right or just try your best! Sure once your burning calories its all the same! I was cracked up laughing at myself the first :yelrotflmaosmilie:

Amazed at how much easier this got after another go

Can feel it in my tummy muscles too which is great

Gonna do it again today - just the basic moves and then move on to cardio party next week

Any other zumba fans wanna post success stories or anything zumba related

I was thinking of getting the one for the wii but wasn't sure. I wouldn't be the world's best dancer or co ordinated person. Step Aerobics were a bit of a disaster for me!!

So tried the cardio party this week and have to say while i didnt get all the moves spot on i was movin and shakin around the place so excercise is taking place one way or another
Very enjoyable and doesnt feel like working out which suits me down to the ground

Mrs woggle could you get a lend of one from someone to see if you like it Or do like me and download for free :-8

Carjam4eva - where did you download it for free? I go to the classes 3 times a week and I have to say I love it so much! Like you say it doesn’t feel like exercise at all and I can feel it in my tummy as well. There is another extra class started next week so ill be doing that as well which will take me to 4 nights a week. Im a bit addicted to it so would love to download the dvds for free

Havent been doing this now as i started the 30 day shred but really must do it at least once a week if only just to perfect the steps

I bought 30 day shred weeks ago and only did it the once! I thought it was a killer! Couldn’t believe 20 mins could be so tough! Must try get back into it. 20 mins in the morning would have it over and done with for the day

Oh the 30 day shred, I bought that too, haven't even tried and I bought back in January I'd say! I really need to start making time for exercise. Thanks for the tip carjameva ;o)

Mrs woggle i find the 30 day shred great Its only 20 mins The 1st couple of days are tough going but by day 3 or 4 the muscles are used to it and its just a matter of keeping it up every day
