Am very proud. I never would've thought a few months ago I would be able to run 5k. Woohoo :o)ll

Well Done! Thats no mean feat, great achievement, wish I could do that!

Congrats, I'd say you were on a high after!! I'm at the beginning of couch to 5k and not feeling very fit at all :-8 hopefully I'll make it to 5k! well done!

Wow that's great!! I'm second week of the c25k and am finding it ok so far - not sure about the full 5k run though!! Keep it up!! :)

Hey! Well done boutiquebride!

I did a bit of running last summer and wish I never gave up. Have not done much else since! Getting married in just over 3 months and just starting to panic about those extra few pounds. I don't have an i phone, can you just download it onto an ipod? I'm such a nana please excuse my lack of know how! Really want to get motivated again.
