Don't be disheartened!! Just get back on the wagon! :) Definitely a four hour hike will do a lot for ya - just try be careful after!! Good luck at the weekend!!

Howdy-well the four hour hike turned into 5 1/2...think i'm going to die today! just trying to keep thining about all those calories that i left up that bloody mountain! lol!
hope weight loss goes a little bit better this week! how are you doing? :)

Hey Tallwan - thought I had replied to this - oops!!! Had a disaster of a day yesterday but grand today...although walking in the rain past the chipper this evening was tough going!! I did it though :o)ll Been to the gym the last two mornings and am packed for tomorrow so all going well, I'll hopefully even knock off half a pound on Thursday at the weigh-in!

How you getting on?

Howdy! had a great week - stayed away from the choccies! Have found my new friend - green tea (with fruit mixes)
I've lost 4 1/2 pounds in the last week - horray!! :o)ll

Reading your post was like reading about me! I'm getting married in 2 months and I thought I'd be on track for bum and tum perfection by now, but nope! Easter eggs didn't help..
So am happy to be part of the tum and bum weight loss support group! How do we start??

Hey - Im actually starting 30 day shred on Monday - gulp!!
Hope i get trhough it! haha!
Says you can lose up to 20 llbs in 30 days - but i'm assuming that's totally killing yourself!
I reckon, I'd be happy if i lost 1 more stone!
got dvd on amazon...looked through it last nite - looks like torture :eek - but only 20 minutes every day - but 20 very intense minutes!
