how to tone your tummy in 6 weeks??

i am getting married in 6 weeks and just realised my tummy area isn't looking too great. any suggestions of exercises that would be good for a quick fix?? :-8

Not sure there is any magic quick fix. Karl Henry is doing a tummy toner plan in one of the weekend papers but I havent read any of it. I imagine exercises like the plank, sit-ups and reverse crunches are best for it. You'd need to be doing 20 or 30 reps x3 in a session. Also cutting out white bread will make a difference.

This is what I am looking for – don’t even know the names of any ab exercises so will look these up later on, thanks!!
I actually don’t eat white bread at all cos it doesn’t agree with me but think I will try wholewheat pasta and rice for the next few weeks. Would only eat potatoes once a week so that is probably ok!

Id also say a bit of running would help. Hold the plank for 10 seconds and then relax and repeat. This exercise kills me, Theres no way Id do 30 of them in one go so maybe just 10 of those x3.
Sounds like you're probably ok with the food, but yes switching to wholewheat would help.

Ya when I was running regularly it definitely helped! Trying to get back into it, am off work next week so will definitely have more time then and will be going out in the mornings which is easier!
