Exercise dvds

Hiya all,

Any recommendations for exercise dvds? especially ones that have a few workouts on them so it doesnt get boring.
i lost my job a couple of weeks ago so cant really afford driving to classes and paying €10 a go, plus with the gym i found all i ever did was the same 4 machines !!
advice appreciated !!

Im waiting on Claire Richards DVD in the post I'll let u know next week if it's any good.. It was only 5.49 o play.com.
I have the Janice from corrie one if u want to buy it off me? Dreadfully unfit here and I pulled my quad doing the warm up!

I really like davina McCall DVDs, she usually does light weight training in most of her dvds too. They are in an interval format, toning exercises and then a 60 second burst of aerobic activity.

I found Davina's DVDs really good too. I'm really into the Core fusion DVDs now. Theres no cardio in them, it's all about strengthening and lengthening the muscles, but they have really improved my fitness.

Thanks Sandy but i tried that janice one before, it felt like a never ending torture of the same thing over and over!!
i need to ease myself in more than that!
i actually used to do one of the first davina ones a few years ago with a girl i lived with and i really liked it, has davina released a few more dvds in the meantime then? may have around for them.
wanted some recommended ones, otherwise i'll buy loads in a shop because all of them convince me they'll be fun an easy but still need the motivation to get up and do them! :yelrotflmaosmilie:
i only want to lose about 5-7 pounds, toning up is more the issue!!

Davina's DVD is supposed to be great, the most important thing is that you're pushing yourself as hard as you can ,working up a sweat like never before. You'll feel great afterwards. It's so important to exercise and diet, because you'll get the feel good factor that comes with working out!
