Easter Binge regret!!

I hope I am not alone in being a complete brat over the weekend.. I dont know how i thought I would get away with chocolate binge and no exercise.. I weighed in 2.5lbs up in three days!!! WHOOOOPS... Onward and Upward!!!

Believe me girl you are not alone!!! Since Thursday night through to last night I barely stopped shoving food and drink into my mouth and didn't step foot near the gym... up 4.5lbs...... how disgraceful is that :weep :weep Had my alarm set for the gym this morning but it didn't happen - just feel so tired!!

Back into the eating healthy today and will have 3.5 good days. Have the girls over on Friday night so won't manage to be good then but I'll try not go too crazy and try to reign it in over the weekend and hopefully in a few weeks I'll have lost that excess.

Jesus you'd swear it was Christmas or something not just Easter!

I know what you mean SunnyK... I was counting down the days till Friday and then I totally lost the run of myself.. I am still sitting here in my dressing gown so I think I need a root in the posterior!!! :) I like your positivity.. we do have a few days before the next weekend. I suppose this "being good" is not meant to " be easy" but it will " be worth it" I hope..

GizzyWhizzy you would swear I'd never seen food before by the way I was eating :-8 Then once I started there was no stopping me!

Gonna try get to Bootcamp this evening then the gym the rest of the week and try get back in the zone! :o0

(The problem is - I still have Easter Egg left... will have to try keep that for Friday night treat and not demolish it during the week! )
