Excercise after Caesarean

Hey girls

Had a Caesarean 4 weeks ago..... gave birth to a beautiful Daughter....

it has been tough going but feel myself turning a corner, the pain is subsiding slightly......
I am walking 20 -30 mins every day... need to get out and do things although I know they say you shouldn't !!!!

I would love to get back jogging asap.. obviously slowly but surely.... any experience or advice I would appreciate it.. wonder would Caesarean belts help with excercise????
