Anyone interested in doing step aerobics Ballisodare Sligo

Hey there

Anyone interested in doing step aerobics....not just doing it one night and then never to be seen again. I mean keen interested people who intend on doing it every week where possible and may only miss the odd session. Ballisodare gym used to run a class but people would come for two weeks miss two weeks come again another week and eventually only 4 or 5 would be at each class. Maybe if they advertised it better it would have got more interest, I don't know. It's a great class, yes its tough and even evil at times while you are doing it but the feel good factor you get for the rest of the week is brill. Anyway was chatting the fitness instructors in ballisodare gym and they said if I got 15 people to do it for 6 week course then they would run it. So if interested can you pm me with your name and number and a night and time that would suit you best. For me any night from 7.30pm onwards. Would be great if I got the numbers.
