Any suggestions how to lose 6lbs in two weeks

Hi

I would be fairly active (work out 3-4 times a week) and eat somewhat healthy, so I am looking to see if there is anyone who has any suggestions on how to loose 6lbs in two weeks. I know its not strictly "healthy" and it is only a quick fix before I start my long term goals, any suggestions will be appreciated

Well I'm deffo not an authority on this. These are just my suggestions but they should work if you have the willpower to stick to it or something similar.
No alcohol, no diary, no carbs. Just protein and veg. Not too much fruit as it has a lot of natural sugar. Try a very low fat/ low sugar cereal bar (like Alpen light) for breakfast; tuna steak, chicken or fish with salad for lunch and fish or meat with veg for dinner. Lots of water, sugar free squash and herbal teas for drinks.

Hey mrsclaus,

6lbs for 2 weeks is not that much, actually it is is pretty normal. Try as suggested above low-fat meats, eggs, lots of salads without any dressing - just fresh vegetables.
And add sports if you can of course. I would recommend to switch the gym - some weight trainings with lots of cardio, not just threadmill , but completely different type of sports, such as tae bo, aerobics, swimming. This would put you in a great shape in no time.
Or you can always add some supplements if you are willing to try some.
Proactol or Phen375 are quite famous and claimed to be natural..

I actually lost 1 stone in 2 weeks, I went to a place in Dublin called Solo, where they put me on a diet high in protein and veg, no fruit, no coffee or tea, except herbals, coupled with an hour of exercise every day for 2 weeks. It wasn't enjoyable, my mood was the lowest ever but I looked fab and fit into clothes that I had stopped wearing years ago so it was totally worth it!
