Chromium supplements

Hi girls - I've heard bits and pieces about chromium supplements helping to stave off sugar cravings which I have ALL the time! Have any of you ever tried any of the supplements and if so how did you find them?

I used them with a multi vitamin to help with depression, I found they helped a lot, but cannot say they stoped me from overeating/craving sugary foods as I've put on weight since coming off the antidepressants!! I think it's just me not the supplements, but I did find I could cope without my meds and am off them nearly 2 years!!!
Boots have a multi vitamin for 2.99 that has 100% recommended dose of Chromium, so I'm on those just now!

Hey girls,

never heard of Chromium supplements to decrease sugar cravings, but there are plenty of other supplements, claiming to be natural and suppress cravings.
Check out here for Unique Hoodia, I've heard quite a lot positive opinions regarding this one particularly! I hope this helps

ahhhhhhhhhhhh would love to know if that worked i have a massive sweet tooth!!!!!!!!!!!
