I need help changing my lifestyle

Hi everyone, I hope ye can help me. Might be a bit long but I need help!

I need to change my lifestyle..I have horrible eating habits, need to loose a stone. I have tried so many times but as what I will eat is limited its too hard to keep it up. I dont like veg and very little fruit. I am addicted to coke (the liquid kind!) and chocolate. I need alternatives as snacks.

Also I am limited in exercise, I cant run as my joints are fecked so need low joint impact exercises. I cant afford a gym, I have just bought the 30 day shred DVD so plan on using that and walking the dog more.

I have been to see a gynaecologist lately as I have had periods in 2.5 years, this has lead to osteoporosis hence the joint problems. I have been told if I want to have kids I need to try now with the aid of fertility drugs so I really need to get in better health as that cant help overall.

I know this seems like I am making excuses saying I dont like veg and the joint problems but am just giving all the info so someone here might be able to help me.

My plan is to cut out coke, replace with water. I wont be eating chocolate etc but need alternatives.

Any advice greatly appreciated.
