How to reduce/loose my saddlebags? HELP

Hi,

Just wondering if anyone has any tips on how to loose or reduce my saddlebags?

My diet is currently a high protein low carb diet. I'm doing 80 lunges every second day & about about 40 squats (bulgarian split squat, regular squat, wide squat) all with 7.5kg kettlebell. I have seen an improvement in my lower thigh, but I still have squidgy upper thighs/ lower ass. I'd love to shave 2/3 inches off that area. I'm not over weight ( 5ft 4in weighing 9st 4.6lbs) but I'd like to get to 9 stone and take a few inches off my lower half.

Any tips? Any other exercises I should be doing.

great post,

you are moving north and south with the exercises you are doing at mo. Now here is what you need to do....

ABDUCTOR AND ABBUCTOR MACHINES.

To hit the area you are talking about, your movement needs to be east and west! Locate this machine in your gym and get stuck in along with what you are doing already.

if you are not in a gym, purchase one of those big pilates balls, and start squeezing it with your knees/inner thighs.

Hi!

You need to start doing lots of Interval training! This will increase your metabolism and help you to burn fat. It'll speed things up for you! The calories burnt after an interval training session are much greater than a regular training session. You burn calories for up to 6 hours after!

But a skipping rope and start Tabata interval training. It's 4 minutes long. You push yourself for 8 rounds of 20 seconds with a 10 second rest between each interval.
4 mins= 20 second+ 10 second x 8.
Aim to do this after you've done all your resistance work you were speaking off, lunges etc.

I promise you this will work!
