Recommendation for Orsmond Clinics
Just in case anyone is struggling with their weight and wants to lose loads or few pounds I cannot recommend the Orsmond Clinic enough-I started with them in February and have lost 49lbs to date. The clinic is run by Dr. Ava from Operation Transformation.
I've tried Motivation Clinic, Weightwatchers, dieting etc but this is finally something that's working for me. [url=http://www.TickerFactory.com/]

Re: Recommendation for Orsmond Clinics
Hi Exmiss,
Do you mind me asking you what plan you weer on to lose this weight. I was attending the clinic myself but I wanted to be eating real food and I'm a very fussy eater. I tasted some of the foods but it just wasin't for me. Then I tried just taking the two drinks a day, one for breakfast and one for lunch and having a dinner with no carbs, I didn't last too long on this so eventually I just had one protein drink for breakfast a small amount of carbs at lunch and carb free dinner later. I lost a total of 19lbs but just stopped at that and I didn't lose for weeks. I had a lot of bad health since Xmas up until March this year so I found everytime I got myself in a routine I'd get sick again and I'd put the diet to one side. So it's been about 2 months since my last appointment and I'm back up 7lbs, I'm so miserable. I went over to the clinic today to stock up on drinks so from tomorrow I'm back on my two protein drnks for breakfast and lunch and carb free dinner and I'm keeping everything crossed that the weight loss kicks in for sooner rather than later. I was just wondering how you manage to keep yourself motivated and what plan you are on thats given this much success. I'd appreciate any tips. ![]()
Re: Recommendation for Orsmond Clinics
Hi Barbara Ann-so sorry for not getting back to you!
Was on phase 1 and am now on phase 2. I have a shake every weekday morning and omelette at the weekend. For mid morn snack I have coffee and biscuits/bar. Lunch is homemade soup with protein crackers and cheese on weekdays and soup and pasta at weekend. Afternoon is either bar or biscuits. Dinner is either soup, veg and protein or dessert. Phase 2 introduces fish and meat back into the diet. Motivation?-really health was the main factor-I was ill last summer and spent a month in hospital and as a result put on weight as I was unable to do anything. Became depressed over it all and looked horrendous! We really want kids asap and I want to be as healthy as possible before I get pregnant. The wedding is also a motivation but not a major one-my OH loves me as I am and has never put pressure on me to change. Another thing that helped were the results-I'd get a buzz for the weight I'd lose! Am struggling a bit at the mo-had my hen and broke ketosis and it's been hard to get back on track but I've worked so hard to get this far it would be detrimental to go back to what I was! What's scary is to see how easy it is to put weight back on-I think I'm unfortunately one of those that will always have to be careful with what I eat :( I went into the clinic last wk and had put up 3lbs but the girls and Dr. Ava were great about it-I think they left me off as they knew I had beaten myself up about it more than they ever could! Nothing like a bit of guilt! Just make sure you are losing the weight for the right reasons-I'm doing this purely for myself! Yes the wedding dress etc are all bonuses but at the end of the day I want to look and feel great for myself. I feel more confident and sexy and comfortable in my skin. I don't hide anymore and don't mind being in photos etc. I'm not where I want to be but I'm closer to it than I've ever been and I'm although I'm still overweight I'm not embarrassed to say how much I weigh now! Do this for yourself-don't be worried about letting people down-you won't! It's perfectly normal to slip up just move on and take each day as it comes. Best of luck x [url=http://www.TickerFactory.com/]

Re: Recommendation for Orsmond Clinics
Hi Guys,
I started in the Orsmond Clinic 3 weeks ago on Phase 2. I've lost 12.5 lbs in the 3 weeks and i'm delighted with that. Some of the food isn't that great! but the reward at the end is well worth it. I have shakes for breakfast, biscuits/bar for a mid morning snack, homemade soup with crackers & laughing cow or brownbread for lunch or some of their food which i make up in work with water and microwave! Mid afternoon i have the rest of the biscuits or bar and then for my dinner I have a piece of fish or chicken or other meat with veg or salad. Weekends breakfast is pancakes & omlette. 2 litres of water a day, dash of milk in tea and coffee and a sprinkling of salt & pepper, all in all it's not too bad. It works. Just yesterday when i got weighed i was told that my BMI had moved into a safer bracket and that was wonderful news. Good luck ![]() [url=http://www.TickerFactory.com/]
