Hi ladies ,

I'm new just joined today,

But I'm just wondering if anyone has tried these as a weight loss ... or help with weight loss..
I'm reading plenty about them on line, But i'd really like to hear from someone on their results.

hi

i bought these, not really much use to be honest, i was eating healthy and exercising and losing 1-2 lbs a week, i dont think that had anything to do with them tablets thought i stopped taking them and same weight loss continued. I only paid 6 euros for them in holland and barret so its not like they broke the bank

I tried them too, got them in Holland and Barrett and didn't find them of any great use or significance at all! They're certainly not that ever elusive magic weight loss pill we all look for at some point!
