GRUMBLE: So Flipping Hard

Hey all, I suppose this should really go into Rant and Rave but I have been really good over the last while (Hard work) and I managed to go from 14st to 12st 8lb. I went out on Saturday night for ONE NIGHT and I have 3 Lbs back on again. ONE FLIPPING NIGHT OUT!!! ARGHHHHH. It took me tow weeks to lose 3lbs!!!

Im like a spoiled BRAT this morning, Im just short of eating ten cream buns!!!
Sorry but I just wanted to release!! :) Hoe ye dont mind.

GizzyWhizzy I'm always up about 3 lbs after the weekend. What day did you weigh in?

By the Wednesday it's usually almost gone again and by the Friday I'm back to normal - just in time to do it all over again :o0 It's usually just bloat and liquid etc from over doing it that weekend and if you get straight back into it on the Monday it usually evens itself out by the Friday.

Thats 10500 kcals ;-) I doubt you ate that much. Dare I ask if you are heading towards your monthly mentral cycle? I have seen clients put on 7lbs in a day because of this.

Hey SunnyK and Coach.. :) I cant believe the calories!! :( although I can kinda see how I might have consumed them, in rubbish food not alcohol though.. O GOD!! I am afraid I cant blame old Mother Nature in this case as she has just gone for the month so it is pure gluttony. I think my return to being good though was delayed. I do my weigh in on a Friday morning and I didnt cop on this week until Tuesday so perhaps, it might have gotten better by this time next week. I am supposed to have 10lb off in 4 weeks :( I was at 7lbs off in 5 weeks! Dunno if its as manageable now..

I have to get outta my pittyparty mood though and get back moving my ass!! :)

it is very easy too fall off the wagon, im sure some of it is from eating too much but i'd say (from personal experience) you are retaining water also, try to drink 2-3 litres of water a day and you will get rid of any water retention.

Hi briereilly, I have been drinking water since and I Defo feel lighter but still not shifting weight :) must try harder!! Cheers though, I Defo feel better.
