Toning Arms

Hi Girls,
I think this has been discussed before but I can't find the previous post ...
I'm getting married in April and am wearing a halter neck dress. Although I'm slim overall, my arms are in no way toned and I hate them !
I'm looking for tips on the best way to tone them up. I've been going to the gym for the past while and have noticed a little difference but not much. Just wondered what others found worked for them.

if you attend a gym, and there's a class called Body Pump, I would def reccommend it! it's toning with weights, fantastic for abs!

definitely weights and machine time if you are at the gym

They can show you some great exercises to work lats, shoulders, back and lower arms

If you are at home, use tin cans in your hands and go for walks.
Move tins above your arms, behind you, and curl them
You may look ridiculous but Im hoping to going to achieve results

Swimming is also fantastic - I find the breast stroke really toned my arms up along with weights in the gym.
Also when you are at home you could do dips - keeping your arms behind you with fingers facing forward lift your body up and down. You can do this with your hands on a chair or just on the floor.
I am also in halterneck and did not want "bingo wings"
