How many points in.....

.......A crackerbread??

I got the WW Spreadsheet from one of you guys last week (thanks! :wink: ) and I didn't see them on it.

:idea: This might be a chance to find out how many points are in loads of different things. If anyone else has any questions about points post in this thread and we'll be able to help one another add to our spreadsheets! :idea:

chinese food

Hi Guys,
Mrs VM what a great idea to keep all the points in the same thread.....

I have been really good all week sticking to WW and really fancy a chinese tonight. I know Chow Mein is the lowest point option in chinese but it really doesn't appeal to me.
Can anyone please advise what are the other low point options for chinese take away?

chicken & pineapple = 3 pts
Chicken chop suey = 6 pts
Szechuan prawn & veg = 5 pts
Singapore noodles = 5 1/2 pts
Chicken & cashew nuts = 6 1/2 pts
Roast pork cantonese style = 4 1/2 pts

I've got my book on hand today...

Prawn chop suey 3points and really yummy. boiled rice is 6 1/2 points though! bummer.
