I'm back on the wagon again girls! Parcel arrived from LowCarb Megastore last week and H2B has given up bread as a sign of support (ahhhh)

Hows everyone doing with theirs?

WHat is low carb megastore, i'd be very intersted in doing a low carb diet...can you tell me more...how much weight have you lost?

oh dear where to begin! I hit a plateau a few months ago and came off Atkins but I got my dress 2 weeks ago and I'm back on it again. I thought about ww and Dr.Gillians diet and although they look good I need to lose about another 2 stone so I'm back on Low Carb as I see results quicker. I am not going to be too strict which will slow things down but once it comes off I'll do my damndest to keep it off. I think I've lost about 1.5 stones but these next 2 are proving very hard (my colleague lost 2 stone in a month so it depends).

Weight goes quickly and it can go back on if you don't watch it. Only thing is because the weight goes so quickly other diets are just too slow now, hence the Slave to this diet!!!

The Low Carb Megastore http://www.lowcarbmegastore.com are very good for getting products that are hard to get here and they do deliver in a couple of days which is handy and most stuff is cheaper than here. I can survive without bread and pasta but not chocolate!

Thanks Peaches, I had a look at the website, I think those bars are out in dunnes, they definately have low carb bars out there, there is 5 of them in a box and they come in chocolate and apple flavours, I was going to get them, but they were. v expensive, 7.99 for a box of 5..I am going to try and keep off bread, pasta and rice and hopefully lose something..i only have 7 weeks to do, would love to lose a stone...(lost a stone through ww, but took forever)....

Those bars sound interesting! Thanks for the tip. Low Carb lifestyle is expensive though! :roll:

I would say if you put your mind to it a stone in 7 weeks isn't too bad....you just have to make it through Christmas without the spuds!!! Best of luck though! :wink:
