Hi girls,
Well i got weighed in last nite and i am very disheartened.I stayed the same,im glad of course i didnt go up but i thought maybe 1 pound.Last week it was 2 down and i thought i was on a roll,ah well....ill keep at it

How did you all get on? :?

hiya
I have been so bad lately - they changed the times of my classes and it really doesn't suit me - grrrr have to accommodate the men only classes - no suggestion of women only! Anyway, that is probably just an excuse for me so i am going back tonight - have to leave work half hour early each week now to be able to do it but one of the girls at work is going to come so at least it might motivate me a little.

How much are you hoping to lose - and by when? I have bought my dress and its only a little tight but would love to have to have it taken in!! could do with losing a couple of stone.

Hi 22april2005

My dress fitting is March so i hope to have another stone off by then.But its just so slow and i wasnt good at the weekend at all,as i was upset.
Im greatful with what ive lost but need the rest off and ideally a size 12 wedding dress!!!!!
