Weekly Weigh-in for all Watchers of Weight

Hi, could anyone tell me what the new plan is in ww. I was on it years ago when it was points and I want to join again in the new year but I heard that it had changed. Is it still counting points or how does it work? Do you find it just as good for those that were counting points before?

Its pro points now. Still point counting but there is no focus on the protein and fibre content of the food as it keeps you fuller for longer. Fruit is also free now. Well most of it the essentials apples pears etc. I was very bad today. The Cadbury roses. I can resist any chocolate but not these!

Girls I was at a wedding last week on Thu & we were away for 2 nights. Got back on Fri & weighed myself, had put on 3lbs.... YIKES! Reigned it in on Sat though & weighed myself this morning now & back to the weight I was at my last weigh in, phew..... It's so Flip easy to put it on :weep

Gonna have to be mega careful over Christmas.....

Oh i have been a diaster all week - think its because i know there is no weigh in. Im going to find it very hard to reign this in :o(

It's very hard under construction, even though the scales is telling me I am the same weight as when I last weigh in at WW I just know it's going to catch up on me if I dont cop on :o(

Right.... after our office lunch today I am going to be very good for the rest of the day and tomorrow, then Christmas Eve is my DS's 2nd birthday so there will be lotsa food at that & then of course Christmas Day & Stephens Day!! O:|

Agggh!!

Hi girls, how is everyone & how did ye get on over Christmas/new years? I was VERY VERY BAD!! Having said that it doesnt make much of a difference now as I found out last week that I am pregnant!! :o)ll

I can't believe it! I am due Sep 1st. So that's me out of WW (until after I have babs anyway!) I'm going to continue eating healthy anyway without depriving myself too much! :-8

Starting weight January 3rd 13st 9lbs!!! :(

Weighed in today to see that I had lost 2lbs

... Happy with that BUT then discovered that my ticker is wrong!! instead of 39 more lb's to lose I have 49 to lose... slight miscalculation there!! WHOOOOPS :duh:

Had a few minutes of self pity and then went and got myself a scone and a litre of water so now I feel Im back on the bandwagon!!!

Anyone feeling like this is harder work than before?

Huge congrats Tinyfeet - wishing you a very happy and healthy pregnancy :o)ll

Girls i was soooo bad over the Christmas, just couldn't stop picking / grazing all day. Think in the week and a half i was off i cooked 3 times (and that's including Christmas dinner !!). Weighed myself this morning and up 4lbs but i would say that could be worse by Friday as some of it might not have shown yet.

So tempted to skip this weeks weigh in and try shift some of this before i go back - only had 8.5lbs to goal before Christmas :o(

Best of luck Autimn12 i was roughly the same weight as you when i started - it can be done took me 9 months to lose 41 lbs (but there was a bit of messing along the way so i know i could have done it quicker if i had of been extra good)

Underconstruction you could have that 4lbs off again in a week, dont worry too much. From what I hear everyone went a bit nuts this year food wise!! I weighed myself the other day & had also put on 4lbs & I can't go blaming the pregnancy and I only 5 & a half weeks! :o0

I am going with 5lbs myself I will be totally happy with that amount! Oh and congrats on your news :stork:
