Eekkk back to WW today im so nervous (but strangely excited to get back into it at the same time - :o0

think i have finally lost the plot :o0

But whatever im up today its back on the WW wagon now - and i am determined to get to goal (and start excerising along the way !!!)

just started weight watchers last night for the first time ever. Have to say it looks great.

I've had three weight losses in past and lost 2 stone each time by myself just watching diet and exercising. Did celebrity slim once to lose a stone quickly. But this plan looks so much more sustainable.

My problem is eating all the points - I know an unusual one :o0

I have 31 points a day and as I'm exclusively BF I get another 14 points - 45 in total :ooh

Thing is I'll have to eat more than I already do too hit them all. I have my full day planned out with 3 meals and 3 snacks and still only at 32 points! anad that's without exercise.

Would it be ok to eat less once I'm full and eating right?

have 33 lbs to lose :weep

I too joined WW last ngiht, i havedone unislim before but never stuck with it all the free foods scared me!! i dont reaslly understand the Pro Points system though, i am on 26 points as i have 1 stone 3 to go but i dont know how to calculate the points, my eader sadi the wheel is being disconituned this year so wont show how to use it to new members can someone please tell me how to calculate points? of anything! oh and is there a list floating around out there in wol cyber space of points for regular foods finding all the stuff in the WW binder difficult to read! thanks! :o)ll

Holy sh*tballs girls - i was down half lb - how the hell is that even possible, the amount i ate and drank was nowhere within points (i know that without even thinking of tracking). I am sooooo shocked, my scales at home must be rightly banjaxed so.

But anyway that means 41.5lbs down and 8lbs to goal.

Im in work now so can't write a big long post but welcome Daff and Maxicosi i will try reply to some of your questions over the weekend

Down 3.5lbs last night.

I tried to keep to 27 points all week and I had no alcohol at all. I did however have Christmas Dinner down in my sisters last Saturday complete with sherry trifle & cream and a slice of mince pie cake and christmas cake :o)ll

I've stuck to it but used my weekly points to get small pizza and bottle of wine Saturday. Other than that was very good. Dying for my weigh in tonight!

down 1.5lbs so got my 3rd stone :eek

(plus an extra 1lb for good measure)

Only 6.5lbs to goal - ahhhh i can't belive it !!!

Wow under construction that is excellent! I saw the update & had to reply even though I'm not doing WW anymore for obvious reasons! Congrats! You must be feeling fantastic! I must say I am kind of missing WW & my weekly meetings! Ill be getting straight back into it in Sep a few weeks after babs is born! :o)ll

Hi Everyone.

I'm after joining ww this week, first weight in 11.6lbs, want to get down to 10 stone if possible.
Have been reading back through the pages, well done tinyfeet and under construction, ye are a great inspiration to anyone who has joined ww, and huge congrats on your news tiny feet.

I got the pro points calculator so I'm working out the points on some of my favourite foods and the amount of points on some of them is shocking.

I do feel great and am getting loads of comments but i just don't know what to say back :-8

hope you are feeling good (probably tired but hopefully no sickness) at least you know you can do WW you did so well this time, you will be flying once baby arrives.

Girls i don't get on here much so it just looks like i come on to fill in my losses (which is kind of true as i just love writing it down :o0

), some great losses this week from you all.

I was down 2lbs today so 45lbs down and 4.5lbs to goal (aiming for 5lbs more so i get a cert :o0
