HI Underconstruction !! Well Done!! flipping hell!!! :) and to everyone else who went down... Well done too... and to any of us who stayed the same this weelk... Onward and onward is all we can do.. and to anyone who went up.. we will get there!! every week is different and I do find that I am spurred on here cause when Iget on the scale, I find it a lonely old station sometimes..

Im finding it soooo hard to be good this week O:| .. On week one I was grand.. lost 2lbs and was motivated and all.. then I had visitors and it all went out the window!! and it took my notivation with it and I havent seen them since... :innocent:

I really need to cop on.. I have a good few lbs to lose... im supposed to be starting Zumba this week so that should be fun!!

Good luck to all this week!!!! :)

1.5lbs down last night and that was with a chipper on friday night and a rake load of vodka and slimline tonics on the Saturday.

I had my first chinese last night since christmas, it was devine but I am dying now!
If it has tyres or testicles it will give you trouble.

Now to be as good this week as I was last week, it's tough going at times trying to resist going to the biscuit tin.

Well done Mrs BMW you are doing really well. I really do believe you can still have your "treats" once you are good the rest of the week, its what i have done all along as i don't feel deprived then and i find it easier to stick with the progamme.

Well done Mysterious Girl - the WW biscuits are my saviour in the evening 2 points for 2 biccies with my cup of tea. I get the double chocolate chip ones or the cranberry and orange. Also i find Pink and Whites great too - only 1 PP for 1 or 3 PP for 2. (There are the marshmallow sandwich type things only 69cent for a packet of 6 much cheaper then the WW ones

I must try and get them, thanks under construction. I pointed the jacobs jaffa cakes and they're 1 point each so I'll treat myself with them until I get the ww biscuits. Ohh I hate the pink & whites, I don't know what it is about them, maybe because they don't have any chocolate on them :o0 They were talking about them at our last meeting and how low in points they were.

I had my weigh in last night , down 0.5lb, happy with that as I didn't do a bean of excerise. Finding it really tough with the weather so cold, and stressed out at work which leaves me in no form to do anything but chill on the couch after making the dinner, but I need to stop making excuses and get my bum in gear and start excerising .

Up 0.5lb this week, bad week had a night out on the tiles. Walked from Broadstone to St Stephens Green this morning took me 30 mins, going to try do this at least 4 times this week either on my way to work or on the way home.

Well done Mysterious Girl its still down .. all those little ones add up

Ah BMW at least you know why you were up there is nothing worse then being up after being as good as gold (at least you got a good night out of it), you will be down that .5lb and more next week if you keep doing what you are doing.

God i am so nervous for weigh in this week - i have been soooo good the last 2 weeks and with .5lb loss this week i am really hoping for more this week. My scales at home shows 1lb down this morning but that scales has been a bit hit and miss the whole time so can't really go on that. Will be so upset if my hard work doesn't show on the scales this week :o(

Well I joined ww during the week and I'm finding it so difficult to stick to! I have 31 points per day but all I'm craving crisps and cheese bigtime. I've always gone to the gym 4-5 times a week so it's my eating that is my downfall. Also how do you work out points? I was told not to use that wheel thing as it's not being used anymore but I'm not sure how to work them out now.

Wannabskinny welcome, and best of luck on your weightless journey.

You don't have to deprive yourself of crisps or cheese once you track them and they are used from your daily points or weeklies you can still have them. Try light cheese / low low cheese and just make wise choices on crisps. Oven baked ones are lower in points. I like the walkers sun bites 3pp per packet.

I could never understand the wheel I think you will have to buy the calculator at your meeting or if you have a smart phone download an ap.

But the best bit of advice I can give is track EVERYTHING !!! If you bite it write it. Plus try drink 2 litres of water a day if possible
