I'm back on this! Had a bad few weeks in July, really struggled with being home alone in the evenings and then hubby came home for 3 weeks and it was nothing but night's out, takeaways and wine. Went back to WW last week and gained 3lb, very disappointed but deserved. At this rate I'll have put back on all my weight since joining in Oct.

Just over a week ago I started kettlebells and I stepped up my gym visits last week and I was good with points so I am praying I have a loss tonight, fingers crossed!!!!!

Hey Daisy row - i know it can be so tough when routine slips - and particularly in your case. But well done on getting back on it! Whats kettlebells like? I think I might get back to spinning classes soon- i find them tough but really work!

I lost 3.5lb, cue lots of jumping green men!

So delighted that my hard work paid off. Obviously I would recommend Kettlebells :o0

It's tough going but I am slowly starting to enjoy it. I do it 5 times a week and leave Sat/Sun as rest days. With the dvd I have I am doing the following;

Mon - 8 min abs (all floor work)
Tues - 20 min express workout (includes an 8 min ab section)
Weds - 50 min full workout (includes an 8 min ab section)
Thurs - 8 min abs (if I'm feeling up to it I might do the 20min here instead)
Fri - 20 min express workout

The moves are easy to pic up, you do each move for 60 seconds so it's constantly changing which is good.

It's a dvd, Ketllercise for Women.

Really starting to enjoy it if you can believe that!

Weigh in tonight, have mixed feelings. Had a big night out on Thursday and even though I planned and pointed the drink it was the next day that killed me, major munchies :weep

I'm hoping I've enough exercise done to make up for it, fingers crossed!

Well done Glitterelmo on getting the stone, brilliant feeling isn't it!

2 and 1/2 lbs! that's with just really watching what I eat, I'm not going to WW meetings but have done in the past and I'm using their recipes and have a great cookbook of theirs. I was jetlagged most of last week so exercise was non existent, hopefully this week I can lose a bit more with exercise :-)

Alright ladies - have joined AGAIN for what is hopefully the final time I rejoin. 6 months to the wedding, time to get serious!!! Have only about 7 lbs to go (after about 2 stone since November 2008)...it's just these last 7 lbs are my Everest!!! Going to do it this time and get that bloody gold card so I can stop paying to get weighed O:|

Anyway onwards and upwards!! Really want to go for it this time, even a 1/2 lb every other week would do me as long as it's going down!!!
