I have been loosing weight by myself since January. Weighing myself every now andd again. I am going to start properly now in this weekly weigh in. It might hopefully spur me on. I was 11stone 4lbs at the start of Jan and I am now 10st. 7lbs. I can never seem to pass 10 and a half stone!

So here goes:

Week 1: March 2nd
10 Stone 7lbs have lost 11lbs 16lbs to goal


Week 2: March 9th
10 stone 5lbs have lost 13lbs 14lbs to goal


Week 3: March 16th
10 stone 4lbs have lost 14lbs 13lbs to goal


Week 4: March 23rd
10 stone 5lbs put on 1lb :cry: very bold since Patrick's Day have to be strict from now on


Week 5: March 30th
Still the same oh dear 10 stone 5lbs


Week 6: April 6th
Didn't do anything thankfully still the same but need to get into it again


Week 7: April 13th

Current weight - around 10 stone 11 pounds
Target weight - 9 stone 7 pounds
Pounds to lose - 18

Week 1 - Just started...aim to lose 2 pounds in the next week.

Actually I was sent this link today www.vitalineaprogramme.com it seems quite good, and in keeping with the ww style of dieting.
