Hi Girls,

Can't believe the way that my weight has crept up. Am determined to lose 1 stone at least by my holidays in August. - would love to lose 1.5 stone but sure we will see.

I have gone out and bought a load of fruit and veg. I went back to the gym last week. Missed a month because of a knee injury. Also on the nights that I don't go to the gym I am going to go walking.

My start weight is 10st 8 lbs.
First Goal Weight: 10st
Second Goal: 9st 7lbs
Final goal: 9st.

Anyway here goes:

04/04/05 - 10st 8lbs.
11/04/05 - Down 1lb - 10st 7 lbs - getting there slowly

I got married in August but have gained a few pounds and would like to join.

Starting Weight 13.0
Goal Weight 11.10

01/03/05 13.0 18 pounds to goal
07/03/05 13.1 went to a fabulous wedding at weekend 19 pounds to go!
14/03/05 13.0 one down 18 pounds to goal again! :oops:
21/03/05 12.13 down in the 12s again. 17 to go :lol:
28/03/05 12.12 slowly but surely :lol:
04/04/05 12.12 16 pounds to go

CURRENT WEIGHT: 160.4LBS (YIKES!!!! :shock: )
TARGET WEIGHT: 126LBS
TOTAL LOST TO DATE: 9.6LBS
TOTAL LBS TO LOSE: 24.8LBS
TIME TO LOSE IT - HOPEFULLY LOSE IT BEFORE CHRISTMAS.....

FIRST WEIGH IN 9/4/05 : 160.4lbs
16/4/05 : Lost 4.6lbs :D :shock: :lol: Weight now:155.8lbs
23/4/05 : Gained 2.6lbs back :oops: :cry: was at a party night before weigh in and had too many beers and big dirty feed on way home so that does not help!!! Weight now : 158.4lbs
30/4/05 : Lost 2lbs :) Weight now 156.4lbs - At least i went down this week - will have to keep it up and get disciplined!!!
7/5/05 - Lost 1.2lbs :) Weight now 155.2lbs....slow and steady....slow and steady.....
14/5/05 - Did not go.... :oops:
21/5/05 : Lost 4.4lbs :D :D :D Can't believe it as was not particularly careful with my food :shock: Weight now 150.8lbs :lol:

Current Weight 11stone 6, Target ( ideally 9.5) realistically 10st

11/4/05: 11.6 :shock:

18/4/05: 11.4 minus 2 lbs :lol:

25/4/.5: 11.6 UP 2 :oops: :oops: :oops: Due period though,as i was really good this week :roll:
