Today is the start of me eating healthily for definite!! :lol:
For lunch I had:

ww soup
2 slices of soda bread
fat free yogurt
and loads of water!!

What do you all think of the new site??

Its grand now, bit confused at beginning...i had 1 slice of bread, and a boring salad (why is all the nice stuff, eg. egg mayo, coleslaw all full of calories?) :cry:

For Lunch today I had..... drum roll... the excitement kills me.....
2 slices of ryvita
Small tin of tuna with spoon of helmans light mayo
onions, yellow peppers and baby tomatoes
Big bowl of zero point veg soup
And a pack of Treble Crunch

Am absolutely stuffed :shock: and it was all only 4.5 WW points.... (not bad)

I'm having an M&S prawn and pasta salad which isn't that great, to be honest (when is the Baked Potato Lady coming back?? :cry: )

And then I'm eating the contents of the fruit bowl until I'm not hungry any more...

Currently eating bagel with Cream Cheese and had a banana energy smoothie. May not be great but I had to pass BK, McDonalds and KFC to get that lunch!! :)

had microwave soup from Dunnes - haven't pointed it yet though!!
They were on special €2.49 each or 2 for €2.50. Was good and made sure that they were all the low fat ones - the mushroom one is REALLY high in fat - odd
